Mokpo is in the SW of mainland South Korea and is a sheltered port on the delta of the rivers Yeoungsangang, Yeong-Am and Geumho. Mokpo handles dry and liquid bulk, containers, forest products, steel, vehicles and fishing together with ship building and repairs.

Located on the east coast of India, Krishnapatnam is a modern all weather port commissioned in June 2008. The port handles iron ore, coal, and general cargo on completion of phase one. On completion of phase 3, this will include containers, petrochemicals and project cargo.
