One of the deepest harbours on the Parana River. Port handles primarily grain. The
coastal basin, NW from the overseas basin, can only take river barges, max. depth
3.35 m. Jurisdiction of the port covers area 219,583 sq.m., starting from the Overseas
basin.
LOCATION:
Located on the right bank of the river Parana, 71 n.m. south of Rosario and 151 n.m.
upriver from Buenos Aires, via the 115 n.m. via the Mitre Channel, at Km. 275.
