OVERVIEW:
Ying Kou is a river port whose port authority operates Bayuquan and Pan Jin ports.
The latter two ports are undergoing fast expansion.
LOCATION:
At the mouth of the Daliao river, in the NE on the Bohai Sea, NE China close to the
Korean border. port is 19.0 n.m. north of Bayuquan, 7.4 n.m. east of Pan Jin and 48.0 n.m.
ESE of Jinzhou.
