      RESTRICTIONS: 
      Normally vessels will only be berthed alongside during daylight hours, unberthing
         operations at any time.
      
   
   
   
      PILOTAGE: 
      Compulsory for all vessels using the bay. The pilot station is at a position just
         outside the entrance to the bay at 12° 30.00′ N, 109° 23.00′ E.
      
      
   
   Vessels should call Van Phong Pilots, on VHF Channel 16, when 2 hours from the pilot
         station.
      
   
      ANCHORAGES: 
      As per pilot's advice.
