OVERVIEW:  A naturally sheltered port handling dry bulk cargoes including exports of grain, mineral sands, salt, and gypsum. The Port Authority is Flinders Ports South Australia and Viterra operates the cargo handling facilities and provides agency and stevedoring services.
LOCATION:  On the eastern shore of Murat Bay, 390 km. WNW of Whyalla and 550 km. NW of Adelaide.
