OVERVIEW:
The Tetney Marine Terminal (Tetney Oil Terminal) comprises the Tetney Monobuoy, a
single SBM installation. It is the import terminal for Aframax-size tankers with crude
oil imports to the Phillips 66 Humber Refinery. The terminal is connected to the Monobuoy
by a 36 in. pipeline; there is a 22 in. line from the terminal to the refinery.
LOCATION:
Open roadstead at the entrance to the Humber estuary on the east coast of England,
approx. 2.0 n.m. south of Spurn Head.
