The port of Sulina is a Comprehensive port in the European Union's Trans-European Transport Network.
LOCATION:  At the mouth of the Danube, on the right bank of the Sulina Channel, 75 n.m. NE of Constantza.
CHARTS:  BA Charts No. 2213, 2232 and 2282.
Publications:  BA Black Sea and Sea of Azov Pilot, NP 24.
PORT LIMITS:  From the entrance to the Sulina Channel to Mile 2.
DOCUMENTS:  All vessels, regardless of flag, must have on board Certificate of Registry, as well as all certificates and documents as required by the national regulations of Romania and the international conventions to which Romania is a part
