PORT LIMITS:
Port of Seattle limits are coextensive with the boundaries of King County in which
Seattle is situated. The Port of Seattle includes an outer and inner harbour. The
outer saltwater harbour includes Elliot Bay, East, West and Duwamish Waterways, Shilshole
Bay and the portions of Puget Sound adjacent to Ballard. The inner harbour consists
