ZARCB
OVERVIEW:
Originally built for the export of coal, Richards Bay currently also handles other
dry bulk, liquid bulk and breakbulk cargoes. The port is South Africa's premier bulk
port and also its most modern. Richards Bay handles approx. 80 million tonnes annually
representing 55% of the country's seaborne cargo.
LOCATION:
On the east coast, 85 n.m. NE of Durban.

- 28° 51.10′ S, 032° 02.60′ E (0.5 n.m. SW of Mhlatuze Lagoon Tidal Channel)
