OVERVIEW:
Guaraguao oil terminal. Harbour is well protected against sea currents by numerous
islands. The hurricane path is several hundred miles to the north and has never affected
navigation in the Puerto La Cruz area.
LOCATION:
On Bahia de Pozuelos on the NE coast of Venezuela, 130 n.m. east of Caracas; Bahia
de Pozuelos is part of Mochima National Park.
