OVERVIEW:  Multipurpose port. The original port area is operated by APM Terminals and handles dry and liquid bulk, Ro-Ro, breakbulk, passengers and containers. New Poti Seaport, owned by Pace Group, is a recently completed (and developing) new port area constructed on a former shipyard, and handles dry bulk, breakbulk, Ro-Ro and containers. Port is operational 365 days a year.
LOCATION:  On the eastern shore of the Black Sea, 265 km. WNW of Tbilisi.
