OVERVIEW:  One of the smaller ports on the Gulf coast, primarily handling containers, Ro-Ro cargoes at St Andrew's Bay Deepwater Terminal.
LOCATION:  In the Gulf of Mexico, 221 n.m. east of New Orleans and 213 n.m. NW of Tampa.
