OVERVIEW:  A river port handling dry and liquid bulk, containers, passengers and breakbulk cargo.
LOCATION:  On the Mississippi River, approx. 81 to 115 n.m. AHP (Above Head of Passes), the city of New Orleans lies 320 miles east of Houston, TX. and 670 miles WNW of Miami, FL. Facilities downriver of River Mile 91 AHP are included in the port of St Bernard.
