OVERVIEW:
A small port comprising three locked basins able to handle vessels up to 3,000 d.w.t.
Dock No. 1 handles specific permitted fishing vessels and Dock No. 2 is used to handle
offshore cargo, packaged timber, aggregates, grain and malt barley. Dock No. 3 is
not in use.
LOCATION:
In Largo Bay on the north shore of the Firth of Forth, 28 km. NNE of Edinburgh and
30 km. south of Dundee.
