IRLVP

OVERVIEW:  An island terminal comprising piers for handling petroleum products and LPG and an SBM for handling crude exports. The port is operated by Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC), a subsidiary of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)
LOCATION:  Approx. 10 n.m. off southern Iran, 170 n.m. west of the Straits of Hormuz. The terminal is located at the SE corner of the island.

PORT LIMITS:  The oil loading jetty limits, which are under the control of NIOC, extend between the following points
  • 26° 47.50′ N, 053° 22.00′ E
  • 26° 46.40′ N, 053° 22.00′ E
  • 26° 46.80′ N, 053° 19.40′ E
  • 26° 47.50′ N, 053° 19.40′ E
Vessels must not enter this area without permission from Port Control. Anchoring in this area is prohibited. A restricted area radius 1.0 n.m. extends from the SBM.
