OVERVIEW:  Includes a number of marine facilities serving the Jose Oil & Petrochemical Industrial Complex. Handles solid and liquid bulk cargoes, including crude oil, petcoke, sulphur LPG and chemicals.
LOCATION:  In Bahia de Barcelona, northeastern Venezuela, in the state of Anzoategui, about 12 n.m. WSW of Barcelona and 120 n.m. E×S of Caracas.
