OVERVIEW:
A modern, deep water port handling dry bulk, containers, metal products, breakbulk,
petroleum products, chemicals and liquefied gas. The port of Jingtang, along with
the port of Caofeidian, serves the city of Tangshan.
LOCATION:
On the NW shore of the Bohai Sea, 115 km. ENE of Tianjin Xingang and 240 km. ESE of
Beijing.
PORT LIMITS:
Defined by lines connecting the following positions:
- 39° 15.42′ N, 119° 04.83′ E
- 39° 17.31′ N, 119° 08.24′ E
- 39° 15.39′ N, 119° 09.94′ E
- 39° 08.78′ N, 119° 13.40′ E
- 39° 03.08′ N, 119° 05.96′ E
- 39° 06.88′ N, 119° 01.14′ E
- 39° 10.42′ N, 118° 59.50′ E.
DOCUMENTS:
Vessel will be boarded on arrival by agent and Port Health Department official, who
will grant pratique provided documentation is correct and ship inspection satisfactory
Agent will collect all documentation required by port authorities.
