OVERVIEW:  Dublin is a sheltered port handling dry and liquid bulk, LPG, containers, Ro-Ro and breakbulk cargo. In addition, Dublin handles cruise vessels and is a major port of entry for Ro-Ro passenger services, operating between Ireland and the UK and mainland Europe
The port of Dublin is a Core port in the North Sea-Mediterranean Corridor in the European Union's Trans-European Transport Network.
LOCATION:  At the mouth of the River Liffey in Dublin Bay, 120 km. north of Wexford and 140 km. south of Belfast.
