Sea port cluster close to the city of Vinh in the southeastern part of Nghe An province.
Details include facilities in the communes of Cua Lo and Vinh Loc (for Nghi Thiet),
and river berths on the Ca River (also known as the Song Ca or Song Lam), including
Ben Thuy in Truong Vinh ward. (In Vietnam, both communes and wards are second-level
administrative subdivisions, but they differ in their nature: communes are rural,
while wards are urban.)
