PORT LIMITS:  All navigable waters, including any foreshore of Placentia Bay to the south by a straight line drawn from a point on the HW mark in approx. position 47° 41.23′ N, 053° 58.20′ W to Long Island Point Light; thence in a straight line to the southern extremity of James Point on Bar Haven Island; and bounded to the SW by a straight line drawn from the western extremity of Carroll Point on Bar Haven Island in a direction 321°(T) to the HW mark on the opposite shore.
