OVERVIEW:  Port servicing the regional capital of South Kalimantan province. Commodities exported include coal, gum jelatung (dammar gum), rattan, tallow, wood, skin gemor, seeds in large quantities and containers. Volume of goods and passenger throughput continues to increase year on year
Taboneo transshipment anchorage handles a substantial volume of geared/non-geared bulk carriers loading coal.
LOCATION:  Banjarmasin port is located in different parts of the city, situated on the edge of the Barito River, approx. 20 n.m. from the river mouth River in position 03° 20.30′ S, 114° 34.80′ E.
