The terminal consists of a storage tanker (FSO) which is moored to a Single Point Mooring (SPM). Routinely, export tankers berth at the storage tanker in tandem mode. The storage tanker receives Al Rayyan Crude Oil through a pipeline from a jack-up production facility, located 1,250 m. to the ENE.

The FSU is 172,000 d.w.t., LOA 311 m. The terminal is operated by Oil Qatar Energy Co (OQEC).

Ocho Rios is located on the central north coast of Jamaica and handles bulk ore and sugar, and passenger vessels.

The port of Dover is located on the SE coast of England, on the Dover Strait and handles reefer, Ro-Ro, passenger vessels and cross-channel ferries.

Vilagarcia is located on the NW coast of Spain, approximately 32 n.m. north of Vigo.

Sungai Linggi port is a dry cargo river port on the left bank of Linggi river's mouth.

Braefoot Bay Marine Terminal is a facility shared between ExxonMobil Chemical Ltd and Shell UK Exploration and Production, as the shipping point for the products of the Mossmorran gas fractionation complex, situated approx. 7 km. inshore from the terminal. The terminal is located on the north shore of the River Forth between the communities of Dalgety Bay and Aberdour, and is separated from the main shipping fairway by the Island of Inchcolm.

The columbian port of Buenaventura is a river port handling bulk, containers and petroleum located located centrally on Columbia’s west coast.

Tokyo port is located within the heart of the greater Tokyo metropolitan area with good road links to the surrounding area and beyond. The port has facilities to handle various cargoes through its many terminals. Cargoes include containers, frozen marine produce and lumber.

Bay Bulls is the closet ice-free, deep-water port to the Grand Banks oil fields on the southeast coastline of Newfoundland; approximately 20 n.m. south of St John's. It handles vessels primarily serving the offshore oil industry. Also handles fishing, leisure and commercial shipping.

Padstow

Buenos Aires is a multipurpose port spread over two areas. Buenos Aires Port Authority has jurisdiction over the dock areas of Buenos Aires North Dock. The South Dock, which includes Darsena Sur/1/2, Dock Sud, Flammables Basin and Propaneros Basin (the main industrial area) comes under the jurisdiction of the Province of Buenos Aires government, with navigational responsibility handed over to the Coast Guard (PNA). This port is a regional hub handling all types of cargo as well as a major cruise vessel port.

Santa Marta is a natural harbour offering good protection from the prevailing winds. This multipurpose port handles containers, grain, paper, vehicles, dry chemicals, machinery, coal, bananas, coffee and vegetable oil.

The anchorage coal terminal at Puerto Prodeco and Puerto Drummond is approximately 9 n.m. south of Santa Marta.

Tetney Marine Terminal is the storage and pumping facility for the Humber Oil Refinery at South Killingholme operated by ConocoPhillips Limited. The terminal is served from the Tetney Monobuoy by a 36 in. pipeline; there is a 22 in. export line from the terminal to the refinery.
