04.07.11 Al Rayyan terminal in Qatar amended incl arrival and mooring info.

The terminal consists of a storage tanker (FSO) which is moored to a Single Point Mooring (SPM). Routinely, export tankers berth at the storage tanker in tandem mode. The storage tanker receives Al Rayyan Crude Oil through a pipeline from a jack-up production facility, located 1,250 m. to the ENE.

The FSU is 172,000 d.w.t., LOA 311 m. The terminal is operated by Oil Qatar Energy Co (OQEC).

Buenos Aires is a multipurpose port spread over two areas. Buenos Aires Port Authority has jurisdiction over the dock areas of Buenos Aires North Dock. The South Dock, which includes Darsena Sur/1/2, Dock Sud, Flammables Basin and Propaneros Basin (the main industrial area) comes under the jurisdiction of the Province of Buenos Aires government, with navigational responsibility handed over to the Coast Guard (PNA). This port is a regional hub handling all types of cargo as well as a major cruise vessel port.
