Amended information available for Hay Point, Australia incl. port limits and pratique

Located on the east coast of Australia, Hay Point is a major coal exporting port comprising Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) and Hay Point Coal Terminal. Both terminals have rail facilities, onshore stockpile yards and offshore wharves that permit deep-water loading.

DBCT is leased to Prime Infrastructure by the Government, and Hay Point Coal Terminal is owned and operated by BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA). North Queensland Bulk Ports (NQBP) is the Port Authority.

Substantial information changes are now available for Hay Point. These can be found under port limits, ISPS compliance, density, restrictions, pilotage, anchorages, pratique, VHF, VTS/radar, tugs, berths, mooring, bulk facilities, waste disposal, medical, chandlery, dry dock, repairs, police/ambulance/fire, emergency response centre, seaman's clubs and authority.
