Major amendments to Bayonne port, France incl. max. size and facilities

Bayonne, in the SE corner of the Bay of Biscay, is a multipurpose river port, handling dry and liquid bulk and Ro-Ro cargoes. Exports include maize, sulphur, timber and chemical products. Imports include bauxite, phosphate, timber, steel, fertiliser, methanol and chemical products. Facilities for cruise vessels can be found close to the city centre.
