Shipmaster's Report of a recent visit to Chittagong, Bangladesh now published.
Shipmaster's report of Actual Conditions Experienced (ACE report) received from the Master of an Aframax-size crude tanker engaged in ship-to-ship transfers off Chittagong. The report is now available to view, and contains details of anchorages, mooring operations and cargo operations.
