New crude oil terminal in Russian Far east
Crude oil terminal in the Russian far-east, supplied by the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline to Skovorodino, and then by tank railcar. Construction of the pipeline from Skovorodino to Kozmino will see the oil transported from the source in Taishet to the port via pipeline. Port is ice-free throughout the year, but some floating ice may be experienced in the approaches.
Facility has two jetty berths max size LOA 275 m. and draft 18.0 m. (LW).
