OVERVIEW:
A naturally sheltered port handling dry bulk, LNG, passengers, Ro-Ro, fish and breakbulk
cargo. Several shipyards are located in the area and included in this entry
LOCATION:
On the south coast of the country, 30 n.m. WSW of Busan. The commercial port and some
shipyard facilities are located in the southern part of the Goseong Peninsula, the
LNG terminal and several large shipyards are located on the shore of Jinhae-Man.
