Formerly known as Tulear. Toliary (Toliara) port comprises the Mahavatsy Pier, handles
breakbulk, containerised cargoes and tankers
Passenger vessels also call at the port but the pier-head has limited facilities.

In the Atsimo-Andrefana region, in the SW corner of Madagascar.
