PORT LIMITS:
The seaward boundaries of the port within which a vessel is considered to be an ``arrived
ship'' are bounded from the South Buoy at 10° 27.00′ N, 122° 46.00′ E and the North Buoy 10° 33.00′ N, 122° 46.00′ E
The Pulupandan Pilotage District embraces the waters from the approach of the north
and south channel to Pulupandan Government Wharf including Philippine Bulk Corporation
Wharf and also Banago Wharf and approaches.
