OVERVIEW:
River port consisting of Ben Thuy and Xuan Hai areas. Ben Thuy involved in shipbuilding
and repair, with two cargo handling berths. Xuan Hai has one quay handling general
cargo. Hon Ngu Transshipment Area handles deep-draft vessels.
LOCATION:
50 n.m. NW of Vung Ang and 146 n.m. SSW of Hai Phong. Ben Thuy is 1.7 n.m. SE of Vinh,
Xuan Hai is 4.6 n.m. ENE of Vinh.
