OVERVIEW:  Port handles raw sugar exports from the Ingham and Cardwell districts. Port comprises a single deep-water berth at the end of a 5.8 km. trestle and an onshore sugar handling and storage facility. Lucinda is managed by the Port of Townsville Ltd and operated by Lucinda Bulk Sugar Terminal Ltd.
LOCATION:  On the NE coast in Queensland, 55 n.m. NW of Townsville.
