OVERVIEW:
A Conventional Buoy Mooring (CBM) facility handling imports and exports of petroleum
products. The terminal is owned by Sociedade Nacional de Combustiveis de Angola (SONANGOL)
and operated by Cabinda Gulf Oil Company Ltd (CABGOC)
LOCATION:
In Cabinda Province, an enclave of Angola, approx. 1.75 n.m. off the coast and 6.5 n.m.
north of Cabinda.

RESTRICTIONS:
Vessel must be able to handle cargo and ballast simultaneously.
Berthing is only undertaken during daylight hours (0600–1600) in normal weather conditions.
Unberthing takes place throughout 24 hours.
ARRIVAL:
Vessels calling at the terminal must comply with the latest SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, ISPS
Conventions and Protocols and terminal regulations. Vessels which are found to be
deficient in any way will be refused permission to berth
