OVERVIEW:
The port handles imports of forest products in support of the nearby paper mill. Some
berths can also accommodate Ro-Ro vessels. Veitsiluoto is administered by the nearby
Port of Kemi and operated by Stora Enso Paper Mills
LOCATION:
On the northern shore of the Gulf of Bothnia, 50 n.m. NNW of Oulu and 180 n.m. NNE
of Vaasa.
